Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Control labor and food costs while maintaining quality standards
- Handle guest issues with professionalism and care
- Serve as a positive role model of hospitality and teamwork
Required Skills and Experience
- At least one year of experience in a guest-focused business (retail, restaurant, hospitality)
- Reliable with natural leadership abilities and a self-starting personality
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to pitch in and support team members as needed
- Ability to use point of sale systems effectively
- Must be at least 17 years old
