This role supports the execution of residential construction activities by assisting with day-to-day field operations under direct supervision. The position contributes to schedule, quality, and safety objectives while gaining foundational experience in homebuilding processes and site management. The role works closely with superintendents, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and standards, with an emphasis on learning, skill development, and building core construction management capabilities.
