NOW HIRING: CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
- Ensure work meets plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress, workmanship, safety, and productivity
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, general contractors, consultants, and engineers
- Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
- Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman, or similar field leadership experience required
- Commercial waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, or building-envelope experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Experience with scaffolding, aerial lifts, rigging, swing stages, and fall protection preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Shift 11pm-7am
