Summer Internship - Finance

About This Role

This paid, 10-week summer internship in Finance offers ambitious college students a dynamic and engaging experience. Interns will gain hands-on experience by contributing to real business initiatives, learning how financial insights drive strategic decision-making, and gaining exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Learn how financial insights help drive strategic decision-making across the organization
• Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and performance management
• Work alongside industry professionals and contribute to real business initiatives across various bank departments
• Support and present on projects, research, or operational activities within an assigned business area to Senior Leaders
• Engage with leaders across the organization through networking events, panel discussions, and career-focused conversations
• Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social exclusive events designed to foster connection and professional growth

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A business-related or related college major is preferred
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews
• Must be available for in-person orientation with Human Resources
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future
