This teaching role provides age and developmentally appropriate educational instruction consistent with the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic. The teacher follows an existing curriculum, assesses and develops education plans based on patient learning needs, and acts as a liaison with the patient's home district to develop continuing care plans for educational services post-discharge.
