This Substation Groundman position is the initial learning phase for becoming a Substation Technician, focusing on safety procedures, material preparation, and assisting crew members under the direction of a Foreman or Superintendent. The role supports the construction of new substations, as well as modifications and upgrades to existing substations for electrical utility companies throughout Florida.
