New Season Treatment Centers is hiring a Substance Use Counselor to support patients in outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder (OUD). For over 30 years, New Season has been a national leader in outpatient treatment for opioid use disorder, providing medication-assisted treatment and whole-person care that helps patients reclaim their lives.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
- Document patient progress and maintain clinical records
- Support patients through recovery and relapse prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For You must meet ONE of the following:
- High School Diploma (or higher) + active LCAS-A
- Master’s degree + active LCAS and/or LCSW-A
Also
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for helping individuals in recovery
- Experience in substance use or behavioral health preferred
