Job Description
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Guide customers to the appropriate departments and provide general information about our services.
- Perform state inspections and ensure all vehicles meet regulatory standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
Environmental & Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
- This position may require up to 10% travel.

- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and engaging in the automotive industry.
- State Inspection Certification – or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Knowledge of how to drive a standard vehicle is a bonus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license, with good driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
