We are looking for a motivated Style (Housekeeping) Manager to join the W Prague team.
What you’ll do
- Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Coordinate room assignments, supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure exceptional service.
- Monitor standards, budgets, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Create a positive, collaborative team environment and recognize great performance.
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma/GED + 2 years of housekeeping or related experience OR a relevant 2-year hospitality/business degree.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
