Orangetheory Fitness is a small woman-owned business in Fenton, MO. We are professional, member centered, fun and driven. Our goal is to build a culture that is exciting and inviting to all members looking to improve their lives through group fitness classes.
Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff is knowledgeable and capable
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
Qualifications
- Proven experience in organizational management, preferably in a retail or sales environment
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees
- Excellent sales management abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of employee orientation practices and ability to train and develop staff
- Familiarity with retail management principles, including inventory control and customer service
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively
- Ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
