This role supports the implementation, assessment, communication, and continuous improvement of student success initiatives within the Student Success Center. The coordinator serves as a key collaborator in coordinating student success programs, supporting assessment and reporting activities, facilitating campus partnerships, and promoting effective use of student success technologies. This position specifically supports the retention of first-generation students by directly managing the data needed for case management support, timely interventions, strategic advising, and overall coordination of student support.
