**What you will be doing:**You’ll be responsible for the student personnel functions, including the discipline and behavioral adjustment system and management of significant incidents, in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions:
- Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
- Determine and administer disciplinary action for students who have violated rules and regulations; counsel students when their behavior on or off-center is not appropriate.
- Coordinate and monitor review board and peer court functions and actions.
- Coordinate student discipline with other center staff and maintain documentation of records and reports on activities.
- Supervise SGA, which includes maintaining communication with administration, schedule and supervise meetings, and guide development of skills of student government.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate's degree and two (2) years related experience.
- Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
- Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization & recordkeeping.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
