Job Descriptions
- Memantau perkembangan belajar siswa serta menyampaikan informasi yang relevan kepada Tim Akademik dan melakukan tindak lanjut yang diperlukan.
- Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan siswa melalui pemberian motivasi, pendampingan, dan dukungan secara konsisten selama proses pembelajaran.
- Mendampingi calon siswa serta memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mendukung proses penjualan.
- Memberikan arahan, masukan, dan solusi kepada siswa agar dapat mencapai target belajarnya.
- Mencapai target presentasi, engagement siswa, dan penjualan sesuai dengan target perusahaan.
Job Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) dari semua jurusan.
- Memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Business Operations, atau bidang terkait. Pengalaman di industri pendidikan, kursus bahasa Inggris, atau startup menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik serta berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan.
- Teliti, terorganisir, dan mampu mengatur prioritas pekerjaan dengan baik.
- Memiliki smartphone dan laptop pribadi.
- Berorientasi pada target, proaktif, serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
