- Certified in Automatic Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) or other relevant welding qualifications is preferred, with a focus on structural AWS systems or equivalent standards.
- Proven experience as a structural welder, supported by a portfolio of completed projects.
- Strong understanding of welding symbols, applicable standards, and visual inspection techniques.
- Ability to weld in restricted positions and confined spaces, demonstrating high manual dexterity and endurance.
- Familiarity with safety standards and a strong commitment to maintaining safe working practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
