Job Description

• Define and execute project-based growth initiatives specifically focused on scaling up SPX Express network operations within the project timeline.
• Drive high-impact growth and operational excellence projects on a nationwide scale, ensuring milestone delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports on business and project implementation progress to key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and align with cross-functional departments to ensure effective, on-time, and well-executed implementation of project deliverables.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or an MBA; a Management Trainee (MT) background is a strong advantage.
• Possess prior project management experience, preferably within a tech startup or management consulting environment.
• Demonstrate strong data-driven and structured thinking, with the capability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong ownership and accountability in driving initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, nationwide stakeholders.
