About This Role
This role involves building and owning the Account Management function for DoorDash's Local Commerce Service Provider (LCSP) program, which is an entrepreneur-led fleet model. It suits a manager who can design how DoorDash sources, onboards, and manages LCSP entrepreneurs as the program scales.
Responsibilities

- Be the primary DoorDash counterpart for LCSP entrepreneurs after launch
- Partner with operators on performance, business health, and incentive outcomes

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments (tech, fintech, strategy & ops, consulting, or banking)
- Experience managing Business Partners and their performance, and ability to translate insights into improvements
- Ability to structure vague, undefined problems independently and use data to make decisions (comfortable with SQL/Excel)
- Curious and entrepreneurial, channeling drive into smart bets and clear priorities in zero-to-one environments
- Ability to flex between high-level strategy and ground-level execution, taking true ownership of outcomes
Benefits
- Opportunities for equity grants
- Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with employer matching
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave
- Wellness benefits
- Commuter benefits match
- Paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws
