This consulting role involves partnering with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, challenges, and objectives, then translating those needs into solution recommendations for SAP implementation teams. Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, challenges, and objectives
• Analyze and document business requirements related to order-to-cash and related business functions
• Translate business needs into requirements and solution recommendations for SAP implementation teams and system integrators
• Collaborate with SAP functional specialists, including Finance (FICO) and other module teams, to ensure business requirements are accurately understood and delivered
• Assess business process impacts and identify required changes to support SAP-enabled solutions
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Serve as a trusted liaison between business users and technical delivery teams
• Support project planning, issue resolution, testing activities, and change management efforts
• Maintain project documentation, requirements, process flows, and status updates
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise system implementation or transformation environments
• Understanding of SAP-supported business processes and enterprise applications
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
• Experience working within project delivery, PMO, or ITPM-style environments
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing role
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
