About This Role

This Strategy Consultant role supports the Alkemy Nova team, a new practice focused on strengthening customer engagement propositions and transforming consumer interactions into strategic opportunities. The role suits a professional with a passion for strategy, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to translate market trends into concrete solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the Alkemy Nova team in strengthening customer engagement propositions
• Work closely with clients, combining business dynamics understanding with market trends and engagement dynamics knowledge
• Apply end-to-end business competencies, specific functional know-how, and advanced digital disciplines to projects

Requirements

• Aptitude for autonomous project management
• Analytical thinking and ability to identify solutions, promoting performance-oriented work
• Strong propensity for teamwork
• Motivation to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
• Previous experience in leading consulting firms or multinational companies
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Master's degree in economic or scientific subjects
• 3-4 years of experience in consulting firms or multinational companies
