Working as a Strategy Consultant at Next Digital Group means shaping transformations for corporations, mid-sized companies, and public sector organizations. Together with experienced consultants, you will develop strategies, analyze complex issues, and work on solutions that sustainably advance clients. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex issues and jointly develop sound strategies and concepts with your project team
- Independently take on work packages within demanding transformation projects
- Support workshops and client meetings, gradually taking on more responsibility
- Analyze data, research trends, and develop reliable decision-making bases from them
- Actively contribute to the further development of the Next Digital Group
Requirements
- Successfully completed university degree, ideally with a master's degree and above-average achievements
- Initial practical experience in strategy consulting, a specialized boutique consultancy, in-house consulting, or a comparable environment
- Enthusiasm for strategy, transformation, and economic and technological developments
- Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and pronounced willingness to learn
- Proactiveness, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Confident demeanor and enjoyment of preparing and presenting complex content in an understandable way
- Negotiating-level German, at native speaker or comparable level
