About This Role

Joining the Sabadell Consulting team means becoming part of the in-house consulting unit of Grupo Banco Sabadell, where you will drive the strategic transformation of Banco Sabadell. This role is for a strategy consultant who will play a key part in the Group's growth and transformation, contributing to strategic framework design and high-impact cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal and market/trend analyses
• Liaise with key stakeholders for information gathering and validation
• Identify insights and formulate actionable recommendations
• Prepare executive materials for senior management

Requirements

• Preferred background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or other analytical disciplines
• 2–5 years of experience in strategic or business consulting, with exposure to strategic consulting projects for banking sector clients
• Analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented profile, with strong communication skills and ability to work in demanding environments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of English
