Strategy Consultant

About This Role

This role is for a driven and self-motivated Strategy Consultant to join a team of entrepreneurial thinkers focused on changing the marketing landscape for clients. The Consultant contributes to developing strategic deliverables for client engagement and works on multiple projects directly with clients, spanning various industries.

Responsibilities

• Own content and manage project details with some independence, supervised by a Senior Consultant or Engagement Manager
• Present a portion or most of the work to clients under senior supervision
• Help prepare for and assist in executive interviews
• Conduct primary and secondary research; analyze data (consumer research, panel data, retail data, etc.)
• Craft compelling storylines
• Help run client workshops

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in branding/marketing, management consulting, brand management, or market research
• Proven project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Ease and confidence with "thinking on your feet" and crafting compelling, digestible stories
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
• Openness and eagerness to learn, be mentored, and one day mentor more junior team members
• Love of, and nose for, brands, marketing, and innovation
• Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills (in writing, presentation style, and impactful visual communication)
• Ability to tie together disparate pieces of information into a compelling story and tell it in an engaging and memorable way
