Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Strategy CMC Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in OpenShift/Kubernetes administration to support a Strategy CMC migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining the platform infrastructure while supporting migration, performance optimization, and operational readiness activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
- Support Strategy (MicroStrategy) CMC platform deployment and migration activities.
- Manage containerized applications, clusters, nodes, and platform upgrades.
- Implement monitoring, logging, security, and backup/recovery solutions.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with application, cloud, and BI teams during migration and cutover activities.
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, and operational stability.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Platform Engineering.
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes , containers, and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.
- Understanding of networking, security, certificates, and load balancing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Strategy (MicroStrategy) administration or CMC environments .
- Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Experience in migration or upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
Nice to Have
- OpenShift/Kubernetes certifications.
- Previous experience supporting Strategy platform upgrades or migrations.
