Strategy and Analytics (SPX Express)

Job Description

• Strategy: Proactively develop hypotheses, identify problems, structure analyses, and design solutions
• Data analytics: Apply statistical techniques and analytical tools to uncover insights, test hypotheses, and support decisions using large datasets
• Product development: Build prototypes and MVPs, then iterate through successive versions based on data and user feedback
• Execution: Manage stakeholders and real-world operating constraints to bring strategies and products to life and deliver measurable value
• Little to no slides: We present through HTML-based reports, working products, and analytical outputs, with a focus on building the actual solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, or demonstrated quantitative experience in lieu of a degree
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, software development, product management, or strategy consulting; top-performing fresh graduates and candidates from alternative career paths are welcome if they can demonstrate the relevant skills
• Experience working with large datasets beyond Excel and/or developing automated workflows
• Familiarity with statistical techniques and at least one data analytics stack, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, regression, forecasting, or hypothesis testing
• Ability to move between problem framing, analysis, solution development, and implementation
• Ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English
