This fully onsite role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies to support business growth, ensure supply continuity, diversify suppliers, and maintain cost competitiveness. The Strategic Sourcing Buyer focuses on long-term procurement initiatives, including supplier development, contract negotiations, new supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, and new product sourcing. The position collaborates closely with Operations, Engineering, and Corporate Sourcing to build a scalable and resilient supply base.
