HF Sinclair's Strategic Sourcing Specialist acts as an integrated business partner who facilitates an organized and collaborative approach to leveraging targeted spend across locations with selected suppliers that are best suited to create enabling value. This role understands business requirements and aids in market analysis, supplier identification, sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, selection, and drives continuous improvement with the existing supplier base. Ultimately, the specialist develops procurement agreements, ensuring work is conducted to achieve the greatest overall benefit to the Corporation, and may direct or lead the work of others from time-to-time.
