■ポジションについて 日本国内における担当品目およびサプライヤーの戦略調達（Strategic Sourcing）機能をリードし、コスト競争力、サプライヤーパフォーマンス、安定供給、および業務プロセスの高度化に責任を持つポジションです。
調達戦略の策定・実行、サプライヤー能力の強化、品質・エンジニアリング・オペレーション・財務・グローバル調達チームとの連携を通じて、事業成果の創出と長期的な成長を支援します。
■具体的な業務内容
- 戦略的な調達・購買戦略の立案および実行
- 競争力の高いサプライヤーベースの構築・最適化
- サプライヤーの品質・納期・コスト・リスク管理
- 金属加工品・プレス加工品カテゴリーの調達戦略策定
- コスト削減施策の企画・推進
- 調達プロセスの改善および業務効率化
- 戦略調達組織の構築・強化
- 関係部門およびグローバル調達チームとの連携
- サプライヤー開発およびパフォーマンス向上施策の推進
- 安定供給体制の確立およびサプライチェーン強化

Requirements ■必須
- 工学、経営学、サプライチェーンマネジメント、または関連分野の学士号以上
- 自動車業界または製造業における調達・購買経験
- 調達組織におけるマネジメント経験5年以上
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

- 中規模～大規模チームのマネジメント経験
