Focus
- Provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of complex initiatives, supporting successful execution, performance, and overall business objectives.
- Develop trusted relationships with key customers, translating evolving mission priorities into actionable plans for internal teams.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary organizations around shared objectives, milestones, resource requirements, and performance expectations.
- Create disciplined management routines that improve forecasting, identify emerging risks, accelerate decisions, and keep critical initiatives moving forward.
- Evaluate program economics and strategic tradeoffs to strengthen profitability, customer value, and sustainable business growth.
- Identify potential execution barriers early and align the appropriate technical and business resources to resolve them before commitments are affected.
- Promote a performance-driven culture focused on ownership, measurable improvement, and reliable execution across sophisticated hardware programs.
- Communicate portfolio performance, business considerations, and emerging priorities to senior leadership with clarity and sound judgment.
Skill Set
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced education is a plus.
- Strong background leading high-level initiatives within complex, technology-driven organizations.
- Strong track record managing complex programs in demanding technical settings.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to weigh customer priorities against operational realities and business objectives.
- Experience guiding cross-functional organizations and gaining alignment among technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to navigate complex, high-accountability environments while maintaining focus on customers, business performance, and successful delivery.
