About This Role
This role is responsible for the strategic and financial management of the collaboration with Unit-T, aiming to maximize value in terms of quality, customer impact, cost efficiency, sustainability, and delivery reliability. The manager acts as a single point of accountability for the partnership, actively driving financial results and strategic objectives, with a focus on developing a future-proof collaboration aligned with business goals in ESG, safety, sustainability, innovation, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Build a sustainable, transparent, and future-oriented collaboration with Unit-T, aligned with business objectives
- Manage the full budget, forecasting, financial planning, cost control, and business cases for investments and improvement initiatives
- Coordinate all important consultation structures such as operational reviews, quarterly reviews, and partner boards to monitor performance, risks, and priorities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders within Telenet and Unit-T and translate complex operational and financial information into clear management insights
- Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers to align operational performance and strategic objectives, while clearly defining roles and responsibilities
- Lead improvement programs focused on efficiency, digitalization, automation, innovation, and standardization of processes and governance
- Be ultimately responsible for maximizing value creation within the partnership and for achieving ESG, safety, sustainability, and compliance objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Partnership Management, Vendor Management, or Supplier Management
- Strong affinity with telecom, field services, or operational service delivery. Experience in an environment where operational excellence, service quality, and external partnerships are central is a significant advantage
- Proven experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial monitoring
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management and building sustainable relationships
- Experience in setting up and leading governance structures
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
- Create trust, connection, and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent command of Dutch, both verbally and in writing, and able to convey messages clearly, convincingly, and professionally
