About the role

As a member of the GTM Strategic Finance team, you’ll help provide Finance and GTM leaders a clear, reliable view of topline performance as our revenue model and operating complexity continue to grow

You’ll immediately take ownership of GTM topline reporting workstreams, which include running the ARR model, seat-based forecast, and monthly and quarterly actuals reporting

Own the core topline model and reporting cadence and connect ARR performance to customer growth, seats, retention, GTM execution, and other underlying operating trends

Assist in preparing and delivering presentations that effectively communicate Notion’s GTM strategy and performance to Notion’s executive team, Board of Directors and investors

Improve the quality and scalability of our reporting infrastructure, using AI, automation, and stronger data workflows to increase accuracy, reduce manual work, and surface insights faster

Work cross-functionally across Finance, Biz-Tech, and Revenue Operations to drive process improvements and ensure reporting data accuracy

Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial audiences

Strong analytical judgment and the ability to move from detailed data to a clear point of view on performance, risks, and opportunities

Demonstrated ability to build and own rigorous financial models, ideally for a recurring-revenue or SaaS business

3-5 years of experience across Investment Banking, or Sales Finance at high-growth SaaS technology companies
