About The Role We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Stores to define and drive the commercial strategy for Bolt Food's Stores vertical in Poland.

Bolt Food's Stores vertical covers everything outside of restaurants: grocery, essentials, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, beauty, electronics, and more. As Team Lead, you will own the growth and performance of the business in Poland, leading commercial expansion across grocery chains and retail categories while building and developing a high-performing team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution. You'll lead senior negotiations with enterprise partners, own the country's commercial performance, and work cross-functionally to scale one of Bolt Food's fastest-growing business areas.

Please note that this is a full-time permanent employment opportunity based in Warsaw, Poland.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the commercial strategy for the Stores vertical in Poland, identifying growth opportunities and driving expansion across grocery chains and retail categories.
  • Drive the vertical's P&L by setting business priorities, monitoring key business metrics, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Build and manage relationships with key retail partners, leading senior commercial negotiations, business reviews, and long-term growth plans while overseeing partner lifecycle, including integrations, store rollouts, and operational excellence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the local Stores team, fostering a culture of ownership, high performance, and continuous development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Support) to remove blockers and deliver business outcomes.
  • Act as the local business owner for the Stores vertical, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on commercial execution to drive long-term success.

About You

  • 7+ years of experience in grocery, retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, FMCG, delivery, or other commercial leadership roles with ownership of business performance.
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams while managing senior stakeholders, enterprise-level partnerships, and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, category management, strategic account management, or similar commercial functions, with a track record of driving long-term business growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience managing P&L performance, interpreting business data, building business cases, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and translating strategy into operational execution.
  • Minimum language requirements: Polish (fluent) and English (proficient).
