Job Responsibilities Storekeeper

• Should be responsible for managing end-to-end storekeeping for the R&D premises
• Taking ownership of the maintenance and upkeeps of storage premises
• Ordering of store material Raw Goods & Finished goods, maintenance of desired par stock levels
• Defining process of material issuance and ensuring strict adherence to it
• Issuance of material as per FIFO/LIFO and Display of storage materials with MSDS and Bin card or inventory levels
• Storage of hazardous materials as per the HSE guidelines
• Highlighting gaps in consumption vs ordering with the stakeholder to ensure right ordering of the materials
• Doing routine store inspection and ensuring live updated stock levels are maintained
• Ensuring discard as per the company SOP for end of life/expired RM and FG products

Job Responsibilities Stability Area Management

• Daily review of chamber data logbook and weekly Review of chamber data.
• Expiry samples removal and Samples placement in the chambers.
• Coordination with Neutronics team to handle the trouble shooting and timely calibration of all the chambers.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance / Availability of spare parts and Issuance of Protocol Numbers.
• Collating the stability protocol and reconciliation sheet on SharePoint and review of protocols and reconciliation sheets To raise the deviation for any excursion and non-compliances.
• Annual maintenance contract includes servicing and validation & calibration of the stability chambers.
• Protocol preparation from vendors for calibration and Hot spot and sensor marking. inventory of Logbooks, Housekeeping, and cleanliness of area & chambers and Data Back up
• Review of all records / document (Calibration record, Service reports etc.)
• Monitoring the quality of water in stability chambers- Legionella testing yearly o Criticality assessment annually, Data integrity assessment of stability chambers and logbooks (Paper based) shall be done yearly.

Experience

• B.Sc. (Science graduate), Diploma in store keeping/inventor management
• 4/5 years of relevant experience in storekeeping/stability areas management, proficient computer skills, exposure to LIMS or any other equivalent software preferred
