Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide information about products, prices, promotions, and available offers.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and displays.
- Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged inventory.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries.
- Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities.
- Operate the POS system and assist with cashiering and payment processing when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of the store.
- Handle basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the Store Supervisor.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, merchandising standards, and loss prevention guidelines.
