Store Operations Staff - Bento and Deli Corner (Store Manager Candidate)

Important Details

• Schedule: 7:00-20:00 (8 hours actual work, 60 minutes break), variable working hours system
• Average monthly overtime: 30-40 hours
• Average working days: 19-21 days per month
• Contract: Permanent
• Probation/Training period: 6 months, with the same conditions as full employment
• Team: Approximately 10 to 30 staff members, including part-timers, per store
• Locations: Shizuoka Prefecture, Fuji City, Matsuoka 558-1, with assignments to Musunde Hiraite Co., Ltd., E-Tease Co., Ltd., or Shinmu Co., Ltd.
• Transfer options: National (transfer nationwide, up to 80,000 yen allowance, 20,000 yen until relocation), Region (transfer limited to 3 regions from Kyushu, Shikoku, Chugoku, Kinki, Chubu, Kanto, Tohoku, Hokkaido, up to 35,000 yen allowance, 15,000 yen until relocation), Area (relocation within 150km and 3 hours by car, up to 20,000 yen allowance, 10,000 yen until relocation), Local (no relocation, basic salary only, transfers within commuting range)

Training

• Two-week intensive training at a dedicated training store (Direx Meinohama Ekimae Store) with one-on-one coaching from a trainer.
• Training covers cooking techniques and communication with staff.
• During training, a 1R dormitory (e.g., Leopalace) is provided free of charge, and travel expenses to Fukuoka Prefecture are fully covered by the company.

Career Path

• After gaining experience in store operations, you can aim to become a store manager in about 1 year, a manager in 2-3 years, an area manager in 3-5 years, and a block manager in about 10 years.
• Promotion regulations are clearly disclosed to employees, making career goal setting easy.
