About This Role

Managing and overseeing daily retail operations is the core of this Store Manager position, which includes visual merchandising, recruitment, training, scheduling, and inventory management. The role ensures all store standards align with company guidelines and involves leading, motivating, and developing store staff to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve goals
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complex issues
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness
• Handle cash management, store opening and closing
• Provide performance feedback and assign team tasks
• Supervise hiring and performance management processes

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend)
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Important Details

• Full-time status is achieved after 25 hours/week for sixteen consecutive weeks (with one week grace period below 25 hours)
