Experience/Requirements
Minimum 2 years in a managerial role
Retail industry experience is preferred (home appliances, electronics, or FMCG preferred)
Good communication and computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
Monitor stock levels, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
