Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant staff, job tasks delegated by the GM, training, and supervision
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle cash transactions and oversee cash handling procedures
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting
- Ensure all health standards are adhered to as well as corporate standards
- Adhere to a positive "culture" for our staff and guests.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management practices and procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant software
- Experience in supervising staff and handling customer interactions
