Store Manager Working hours: 38.5 h/week
As the store manager, you are responsible for the management of the shop. You are familiar with business metrics and have a great passion for professional textile merchandising. You enjoy building a great, cohesive team and can motivate them with your positive demeanor.

Your areas of responsibility
- you coordinate the daily business
- (further) development of your team through training and guidance
- merchandising – implementation of presentation guidelines
- planning activities in the shop
- efficient and effective personnel planning
- economic shop analysis
- active selling
Your qualifications
- completed commercial training
- relevant experience in the textile retail sector and preferably in managing a shop
- affinity for numbers and good commercial behavior/thinking
- leadership qualities and high social competence
- great interest in fashion and trends
- team player and good communication skills
- familiar with the Microsoft Office package
