About the role

Key Responsibilities:
- Create profit opportunities and take actions to maximize sales to meet store profit and loss targets.

- Control store operations, including costs, inventory management, payroll, management, and task scheduling.
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by providing reports and informing the District Manager about action plans.
- Analyze commercial data and take appropriate actions to achieve KPIs.
- Support team training and share product knowledge.
- Hire and onboard high-quality team members who are passionate about denim.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about upholding our brand and values.
- Experienced in effective team management and team development.
- Successful in driving KPIs and controlling costs in a dynamic retail sales environment with prior management experience.
- Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
- Experienced in effectively managing store operations, inventory, and management tasks.
