Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence in areas like visual merchandising, customer service, back room, and merchandise processing
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store operations by providing clear updates and ensuring team alignment
• Plan, prioritize, and guide tasks while encouraging collaboration
• Train Associates on service policies and procedures, merchandise presentation, and customer service, promoting a culture of collaboration and improvement
• Enhance the store

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail or service, with a strong grasp of customer needs and operational processes
• Collaborative mindset that fosters effective teamwork and positive relationships
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adapting to new challenges
• Strong communication and time management skills for clear information sharing and effective prioritization
