About the role
Location: Islandwide Stores
Contract: 31 Aug – 30 Sep 2026
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm
Salary: $2,500/month + transport reimbursement
Commitment: Full commitment required
C/O: Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.
Job Scope
- Conduct store visits to verify layouts, assets and rental equipment.
- Measure and record dimensions of shelving, chillers, freezers and other fixtures.
- Take photos and maintain accurate documentation for audit purposes.
- Apply and verify QR code labels on store assets.
- Update layout diagrams and recheck backend errors.
- Work closely with Branch Managers during store walkthroughs.
- Perform other duties assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Comfortable travelling islandwide and visiting multiple stores daily.
- Proficient in Google Drive, Google Sheets, iPad and digital data entry.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data collection.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple site visits.
- Full commitment from 31 Aug – 30 Sep required; no blockout date
- Physically comfortable with walking and moving between different store locations.
Important Transport Arrangement
- Store-to-store transport expenses are reimbursable.
- Home-to-store transport is NOT claimable.
- Candidates must be willing to fork out their own transport costs upfront, including cab fares when required.
- Expect to visit 3–5 stores or more per day.
