We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stocker or Janitorial professional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, storage areas, and inventory supplies efficiently to ensure seamless operations
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across all facility areas
- Handle cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and chemical sprayers safely and effectively
- Follow strict safety protocols when handling chemical agents for sanitation and cleaning purposes
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies or equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and other common areas to ensure sanitation standards are met
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or hazards promptly to the appropriate team members
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks or residential painting projects as needed to support overall facility upkeep
- Ensure compliance with chemical handling safety procedures during all custodial activities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to cleaning requests or inquiries from staff or visitors
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with commercial or industrial cleaning routines
- Experience with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and other custodial tools is advantageous
- Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures ensures safe use of cleaning products
- Background in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning supports effective task execution
- Previous porter experience or related roles in maintenance enhances understanding of building upkeep responsibilities
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following proper safety protocols is essential
- Strong attention to detail in sanitation practices ensures high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times
Pay: From $23.05 per hour
