Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Stock Associate and cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This role involves stocking shelves, rotating inventory, maintaining produce displays, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate stock and remove expired or damaged items
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas
- Assist with setting up displays and merchandising
- Provide general customer service and respond to shopper inquiries
- Support the team in keeping the store clean, safe, and organized
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cold storage areas
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Team player with good communication skills
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus, but not required
- MUST be able to speak English proficiently. This is a job that requires a lot of communication in the English language.
- MUST have a WHMIS certificate or must get WHMIS certified before starting. (this only takes a few hours and can be done online)
Schedule:
Evening shifts Monday through Saturday
- 12:00pm - 8:30 pm
- Sundays - 10:00am - 6:30 pm
Shifts are 8 hours long. 4-5 shifts a week. We are looking for someone that's available on weekends. IF THIS DOES NOT MATCH YOUR AVAILABILITY, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
