This night shift role involves preparing, sterilizing, installing, or cleaning laboratory or healthcare equipment, while also performing routine laboratory tasks. The individual will serve as the first point of escalation for staff when a supervisor is unavailable, and will train and mentor new and existing employees, assisting in prioritizing assignments and adjusting workflows to meet deadlines.
