Sterile Processing Technician

About This Role

This role plays a critical part in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care by ensuring every instrument is thoroughly cleaned, sterilized, and ready when needed. The position suits a technician who focuses on safety and attention to detail, helping to protect patients and empower a team committed to improving human life, one surgery at a time.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments and supplies following safety standards
• Monitor sterilization cycles, document results, and resolve issues promptly to deliver on our commitment to safe, high-quality care
• Prepare and organize instrument trays and surgical rooms based on the daily schedule and procedural needs
• Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials while keeping the work area clean and organized
• Work closely with nurses and surgeons to anticipate needs and support smooth, efficient surgeries

Requirements

• High School Graduate / GED
• Previous experience preferred
