Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day startup operations and ensure smooth execution of business activities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and achieve organizational goals
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential revenue streams
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute strategic projects
- Monitor business performance, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, investors, clients, and strategic partners
- Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Prior experience in startup operations, business management, strategy, or project management is preferred
- Strong understanding of business operations and the startup ecosystem
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools
