Summary Of Position Responsible for all activities for quality operations of Staging for Metal Assembly.
Essential Functions
- Stage all material for Metal Assembly.
- Operate Kardex and scale.
- Put times on sales orders.
- Set up Pre-kit with paperwork needed.
- Assist in Pre-kit as needed.
- Preform cycle count for Assembly area.
- Accurately fill out traveler.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Once employee demonstrates competency in position, he/she may be required to train others in similar roles.
Occasional Duties
- Support 6’s within facility.
- Other duties as required.
Experience / Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing experience using small hand tools preferred.
Skills
- Good hand and eye coordination. Ability to read blueprints, calipers, and micrometers. Light lifting while bending and stooping. Ability to stand up throughout the day and up to two hours at a time.
