What You’ll Own
- Own the daily staffing puzzle—matching caregivers to clients efficiently and compassionately
- Be the go-to problem solver for call-outs, last-minute changes, and urgent needs
- Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure consistency and trust
- Keep schedules accurate, organized, and up to date
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement efforts
- Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, dependable care
- Participate in an on-call rotation (with additional pay)
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination (home care preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable with technology, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
- A compassionate, client-focused mindset
