Staff Scientist, Clinical Development & Research

About This Role

This Staff Scientist role helps shape the evidence generation strategy for new products by translating scientific and clinical needs into well-designed development plans. The position involves working closely with study teams, key investigators, and internal partners to advance clinical programs, and also includes protocol development, study documentation, and coordination of budgets, contracts, and agreements to support successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical evidence generation and dissemination strategies for new products
• Draft clinical trial protocols and study materials with minimal supervision
• Manage study budgets and collaborate on contracts and agreements
• Deliver clinical programs on time and within budget, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Build collaborative relationships with study teams and key investigators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in scientific, technical, or clinical research
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
