- KRA2 Quality Systems Assist superior in Implementation of ISO, EMS, WCM related activities through involvement of team members in the section to improve productivity quality standards. Assist Superior in Identify and execute improvement study and kaizen. Identify get rectify. Abnormalities. Spillage/leakages. Unsafe conditions/practices. 5S activities. Points emerged in campaigns. Execute implementation plan for Strategic quality projects. Quality improvement objectives. Improvement of WCM objectives practices. EMS targets. Internal customer rating improvement. ISO system improvement. Statutory compliance. WCM activity boards updating. Model area development. Create awareness in team members. Visual controls development implementation.
