Staff Product Designer (Presence)

• Define UX strategy and experience architecture across multiple Presence initiatives
• Shape foundational experiences across identity, profiles, community representation, Reddit Pro, and emerging product areas
• Turn ambiguous opportunities into clear product direction, scalable frameworks, and compelling experiences
• Use AI-assisted design and coding tools to create functional prototypes that make ideas tangible and accelerate decisions
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, and senior leaders to influence product direction
• Bring teams together around shared principles, trade-offs, and a longer-term vision
• Raise the bar for interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and reusable design patterns
• Mentor designers and help evolve how the team approaches systems thinking, craft, and AI-native design
